If your original card provider co-operated, they have sent all of their Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) data to Transport Canada for inclusion in the Transport Canada PCOC database.
Transport Canada can tell you who originally provided your card if you are in the database.
If your original course provider is no longer in business, Transport Canada will provide an authorization letter which will allow current course providers to supply you with a replacement card.
Aqua Safe can supply a replacement card for $10 (HST included). Include a copy of the Transport Canada authorization letter to our email address for further instructions.
